What filters applied by default to incoming NMEA stream from AISHub?

From post [1] I see that data stream which a user feeds is not received back by the user.
As Peter noticed, this filter can be removed by user request.

I'm looking at data received from AISHub by our company and see that ships positions (AIS messages 1,2,3) are being sent to me at most once per minute
(we stream to AISHub all messages, AFAIK, at least I see position reports every 2 seconds for some vessels).
Is this another filtering that AISHub applies to incoming stream for the user?
Can this filter be disabled?

Which other filters are applied?

Thanks in advance,
Vladimir
