Mystery messages
« on: 26 September, 2014, 08:53:25 am »
I've recently begun to receive weird messages from the aishub tcp feed that won't correctly decode.  Note that part 3 of the message has no checksum at the end. Also note that the order of the parts seems to be inverted.

If I manually change part 1 of the message so that it looks like part 1 of a single part message then it decodes as an ais message type 1.

Anyone else noticed these or diagnosed what they are?
