VT Explorer
« on: 28 September, 2010, 10:22:42 pm »
Dear Peter,

Thank you providing us this nice program!

I'm travelling a lot around the coast and harbours for my job. On the move I have my laptop on board and uses different internet connections with different IP-nrs.

How can i avoid the error message "INVALID IP ADDRESS "?

A 2nd question is if there ar plans in the future to implement S57 charts?

With regards, FSD

Peter

All AISHub VT Explorer accounts are not bound to any IP address. Please e-mail me your account (or send me a private message) and I will check it.
Our S57 libraries are finished 70-80%. We have a lot of work until we finish S52 symbols. We can include S57 support in the next version but it will be not finished at 100% , some of the symbols (lights for example) will not be displayed.

it is the best program i have ever seen but it would also be nice to be able to export a map overlay of a s-pacific ship into a jpg with the ships details eg. lat, log & name of ship so you can send it to a friend so he can see the position of his ship.

You can just select the ship and make a screenshot.
