Web services

Hi

I am developing a vessel-tracking for Android but haven't been able to retrieve the AIS data. Is there anyone that know of any (free) web services available for this?

I have tried vesseltracker.com but it requires more than a free licence.

You can join AISHub by sharing your own AIS feed. After that you should setup your own server which will process the raw AIS data received from AISHub.

What are my options if I live about 30 miles inland away from big rivers?
